03 Oct There Is A Way To Stop The Brain Fog
Recently, I was chatting with a health coaching client who had just finished her first month of lifestyle changes after a challenging year and I asked if she was feeling any immediate effects day-to-day. Changes don’t happen overnight, but I’m always curious!
“Yes,” she answered, “getting back into walking and eating better makes me happy.” By happy, she meant her whole self was more balanced, strong, confident, patient, motivated, and forgiving (both with others and with herself) when she was taking care of her own health. “All of that stress…my brain just feels better, Angel.”
Before working with me, she was dealing with serious burnout from caring for her aging parents and teen children, menopause symptoms (especially brain fog!), and had noticed her weight creeping up as she reached for foods that were easy to grab on-the-fly while she took care of IT ALL!
