- Your Health Blueprint — within one week of your first session, you receive your personalized written roadmap
- Ongoing Partnership — quarterly or monthly consultations, secure messaging, and a clinical mind in your corner
All sessions are conducted via secure video platform. Written summaries are delivered after every consultation. Nothing falls through the cracks
