This is something I hear new clients say all the time when I suggest #intermittentfasting for weight loss hormone balancing and getting perimenopause and menopause symptoms under control.
I get it.
I thought the same thing when I started. I had no idea what to expect but I also knew that with quarantine weight gain kicking in I had to do something to jump start my #metabolism.
