THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT POLICY:  HONESTY AND CLEAR COMMUNICATION

The word Seva means ‘to serve’ in the ancient language of Sanskrit.  We love to be of service and take great pride in the work that we do and the products we offer.  If there is a problem with the delivery of your package or if your product arrives and appears differently than you anticipated, communicate with us and let us know.  Give us an opportunity to take corrective action.  When you accept our terms and conditions, you agree to try to resolve matters with us in a resolving matters with us first before going to your credit card provider or online review sites.

Did your product arrive in bad shape? Was it broken? Did we send less than the amount you ordered? If so, please contact us using the contact form here on our page to let us know.  Return to the post office with your entire package, (all wrapping included) and file the necessary paperwork with either USPS or FedEx. Your order was insured for up to $100 when we shipped to you. Any amounts over $100 will be replaced by us at our expense, once you share the paperwork from the shipper with us.

We know you have lots of choices when it comes to shopping online and we appreciate your business.  We want happy customers and want you to feel good about the products and services you purchase from Seva Health. Our intention is to offer health and wellness to our community through kindness and open communication.  Please be kind and communicate with us as well.  Kindness has a ripple effect that goes a long way in the world.

 

PAYMENT AND SECURITY:

We are PCI compliant which means that our software and web hosting are also PCI compliant. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the customary encryption software used in the e-commerce industry – SSL. You may also check out using PayPal, a safe, fast and secure method of online payment. We do not ever obtain or save any of your credit card information in the checkout process. We honor your privacy and value your patronage. We will never sell, give away or otherwise abuse your email address or any other information that you give to Seva Health, LLC.

 

MARYLAND RESIDENTS:

Sales tax of 6% will be added to orders purchased and shipped to your verified Maryland address.

 

SHIPPING:

Every effort will be made to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Pending stock availability, please allow 3 business days to process your order and more if federal holidays are involved.

If a package does not arrive within 7 days (exclusive of holidays), there is clearly a problem. Please check with your local post office first. If you are shipping to an apartment or office building, please make sure you ask the main office personnel where packages are stored when they are too large for your mailbox.

Most orders are shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation. We ship to the address that you furnish and if the item is returned to us we will make every effort to contact you for a new mailing address. If we are unable to resolve items returned to us we will refund all but shipping costs and restocking fees of 15% to your account.

Free ground shipping within the Continental US for orders over $125! Spend $125 or more for free USPS shipping, or for orders below $125, shipping within the contiguous 48 states is now determined by weight size and distance. All shipments to Canada require extra postage and may be subject to duties.

Note: If we are shipping to the West Coast we sometimes use FedEx Ground depending on the weight and size of package. If we use FedEx all policies apply to FedEx.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We ship to the address that you provide. If you need us to ship to a different address let us know in the special instructions section of your order. Please don’t ask us to reship products at our expense if you have provided the wrong mailing address with your order. Once the package is returned to us, we will ship to the correct address at your expense.

 

RETURNS:

If our products did not meet your expectations please send them back to us at our address below for a refund within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be received by us in their original condition or you will be charged a restocking or replacement fee. Please be certain to return by priority mail and insure items over $100 for the appropriate amount at your expense on return.  We’re cannot accept any returns on health and beauty items including supplements and teas for any reason. Once a product has been opened, we do not provide refunds or exchanges.

 

COUPON CODES:

Coupon codes are eligible for use only on the dates published.  There are no exceptions to this policy and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
